She attended Princeton and New York University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and an MFA from the New York University Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Film Program.
She was a journalist before she began film making.
