Christopher French (also known as French, and CM French) was born in 1982 in Northern California. He is a composer and multi-instrumentalist living in Los Angeles. He is best known for the film Unlovable, the TV series Young & Hungry, founder of alternative rock band Annie Automatic and for his more recent experimental electronic work. He has been a musician all his life, starting with guitar around age 12, experimenting with his own recordings on tape machines as a teenager, and touring / recording with different bands through his early career. Education includes the Musician’s Institute for Recording Engineering and Berklee College Of Music for Film Scoring & Orchestration. French is represented by First Artists Management.
