James Bolam was born on June 16, 1935 in Sunderland, Tyne-and-Wear, England as James Christopher Bolam. He is known for his work on The Likely Lads (1976), When the Boat Comes In (1976) and The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner (1962). He is married to Susan Jameson. They have one child.
