Danny, a humble yet eccentric artist, has a natural born talent to entertain. At the age of 5, he would command his audience at family gatherings to humor them with Hispanic jokes as his character “Ramon Flores”. He would often get in character of his favorite idols like “Rocky”, “Karate Kid”, and “Michael Jackson” as a way to subconsciously escape the reality of a dysfunctional home.
Danny is an American born Colombian, who has always dreamed of making a name for his family. He faced many trials and tribulations in his upbringing, but they have only propelled him into his career as an actor. His parents are hardworking, middle class immigrants who moved to New Orleans in search of the “American Dream”. Unfortunately, instability in the relationship caused them to move yearly across the east coast in hopes to find a new beginning. Initially this pattern influenced Danny into becoming a shy and introverted adolescent. Soon after realizing that taking the back seat was not in his blood, Danny came to terms with his reality and used it to his advantage. He became easily adaptable to his surroundings, and ever more motivated to one day create the stability and happiness his family so desperately needed. Danny began getting involved in extracurricular activities, such as band, talent shows, and soccer. He was also voted the Wittiest Male in his high school graduating class. In 2005, after acting as a Shaman in his first independent film “Shaman’s Mark”, Danny’s fate would soon be put to the test. The most historical Hurricane in U.S. History, better known as Katrina, destroyed his home, family, and the reputation he had so rigorously worked for. Instead of reverting to himself as he once did as child, he took the biggest leap into his future. Danny immediately packed what he had left after this notorious storm, and moved to Los Angeles with his Shaman Mark costar Ashley Wright. There they lived out of his vehicle for two weeks until they were taken in by a couple in the film industry. Over the next few years, Danny hopes to further his career with his ability to conjure up a dramatic side while maintaining a light-hearted and comical personality.
Though it seems like the end of a long road for Danny, this is only the beginning of a multicultural and admirable cinema star for many generations to come.
